Transport for London 

• Project managed and produced business plan and business case appraisals for the Congestion Charging Scheme, a major transport initiative commissioned by the Mayor of London. Project managed business planning process and business case appraisals for Transport for London Road Network (TLRN – 580km of London’s most important roads) within the Street Management Services. 
• Developed business plan and outline business cases for the A13DBFO road construction, A406 North Circular Road and A102 Blackwall Tunnel projects. Project managed the establishment of a Streetworks Taskforce within Street Management Services to introduce better streetworks co-ordination.  

• Best Value Review of Taxi Services provided to Children and Families in Social Services. Commissioned to develop a business plan for Hackney Passenger and Transport Services targeted at Special Schools and Social Services. Best Value fundamental review of transport provision across Hackney Council with the final recommendation of establishing a Transport Co-ordination Centre (TCC). Accelerated Performance Improvement of Hackney Transport Services to pave way for fundamental changes and review of work processes and payment in Hackney Parking Control Service.

Hertfordshire County Council 

• Commissioned to establish and implement a Quality Assurance Control System and Feedback Mechanism.

• Commissioned to develop the design, installation, management and enforcement of a “Park and Pay” system and pricing policy.

• Fundamental review, restructure of top management and accelerated performance improvement of home to school transport provision.
