AOTL CONSULTING provides management consultancy, training services, research and customer satisfaction surveys to public and private sector organisations.  Established in 2002, our key task is to assist businesses and corporate organisations with changes to their culture, structure, systems and service delivery that will lead to quantum leap in improvement and efficiency of their services. We have done this successfully for a wide range of service providers within the public and private sector environment. Using the Customer preference Modelling (CPM) technique, we carry out a survey that identifies service attributes that are important to your customers and map their experience to give decon makers a clear picture of customer preferences.

Business Growth & Transformation: Transforming strategy into action is where we find that most small businesses struggle. It is important that strategic objectives are effectively communicated using a top-down and down-top approach with a structured measuring process in place.
